”Focus” Magazine Award for the Greatest Personality of the Festival

This year will also see the “Focus” Magazine Award for the Greatest Personality of the Festival being given out by journalists of “Focus” monthy. During this edition the award will go to Peter Madsen and Kristian von Bengtson – the main characters of „Amateurs in Space”, directed by Max Kestner.

Ever since they were little boys, these two Danish men dreamt about traveling to space in a self-constructed rocket. When they grew up, they made this plan come true and became the first amateur astronauts in history. Their rocket, built for their own money, cost as little as a small car, while the Apollo space program absorbed millions of dollars and required 400,000 people on board.

On behalf of the winners, the director of the film will pick up the award during the final award ceremony, which will be held on May 20^th at Teatr Studio.
