Mette Carla is a Director and writer. She graduated from The National Film School of Denmark with the conceptual LBGT documentary “XY Anatomy of a boy”, – A humorous coming of age film about six homosexual boys. Her debut short fiction “Vanilla” was selected for competition at Milano International Film Festival. Venus is her first feature film, it premiered at IDFA 2016 in the first appearance competition.
